Our Story
Built around one simple idea
Founded in 2008 by Subhash Gupta, Subh Exim helps manufacturers, merchant exporters, importers and trading companies obtain government benefits, reduce customs duty costs, stay compliant with DGFT regulations and resolve pending licence matters efficiently.
Most businesses we meet are good at what they make and sell — and understandably frustrated by the paperwork around it. A licence application sits with a query for months. An export obligation quietly goes unclosed. A product gets classified under the wrong heading and the duty bill is higher than it needed to be.
Our work is to take that entire layer off your desk: to tell you plainly what is possible, prepare the file properly the first time, and follow it through the department until it is closed.
We work with clients across India. Because DGFT filings are largely online, distance is rarely an issue — much of our consultancy runs on phone, WhatsApp and email, with documents shared digitally.

Founder & Lead Consultant
Over 35 years of experience in foreign trade, DGFT procedures and customs. Before founding Subh Exim in 2008, he gained extensive industry experience at the Shahnaz Husain Group.
He handles consultations personally, which is why most clients deal with the same person from the first call to the final approval.
